To Create a On Item Note
To create a note placed on a reference object, do the following:
1. Define the active annotation orientation before creating the first annotation in any session.
2. Click > > > 
On Item Note. A text box appears on the pointer and moves with the pointer.
On Item Note. A text box appears on the pointer and moves with the pointer.3. Click to select a reference object. The text box is placed at the selected point on the reference object. The Format tab opens.
4. Type the text for the note in the text box. Format the note text as required.
5. To exit the edit mode, click outside the text box. The note is selected. Clicking again deselects the note.
