To Set Process Component State in New Views
1. In an open drawing, click Layout > Drawing Models. The DWG MODELS menu appears.
2. Click Set State. The system opens the Process State dialog box with the current process component state and simplified representation selected in the lists.
3. Click the process component state and/or the simplified representation you wish to set.
4. Click OK. The system sets this state as the current process component state when creating new views.
