To Use Favorite Views
1. In an open layout, click the favorite views arrow in the lower-left corner of the graphics window. The favorite views filmstrip appears.
2. Choose an operation:
◦ To create a snapshot of the current view in the graphics window, click 
. The snapshot is saved to the filmstrip.
. The snapshot is saved to the filmstrip.◦ To add a comment to a view, select the view in the filmstrip and click 
or right-click the view and select Add Comment. The Comment dialog box opens. Type a comment and click OK.

on the right side of a saved view. The comment appears.

◦ To replace the view, right-click the view and choose Replace View from the shortcut menu.
3. To close the favorite views filmstrip, click the favorite views arrow in the lower-left corner of the graphics window.
