1. Select one or more entities.

2. In the graphics window, right-click and choose Manage Tags from the shortcut menu. The Manage Tags dialog box opens.

3. To assign tags, from the list, select the tags to apply to the selected entities.

4. To create a new tag, in the New tag box, type s name and click Add. The new tag is added to the list and the entity is assigned with the tag.

5. To apply the public tag, from the list, select the PUBLIC tag.

6. To remove tags, from the list, clear the tags to remove from the selected entities.

7. Click OK. The Manage Tags dialog box closes.
