To Create a Cross Section through Part Model and Quilts

1. Open a part.

2. Create a cross section using the

Section tool on the View tab.

3. When you are in the Section tab, click Options and select one the following options.

◦ Exclude all quilts — Click to exclude all quilts in the cross section.

◦ Include all quilts — Click to include all quilts in the cross section.

◦ Include the select quilt — Click to select a quilt to be included in the cross section.

4. Click

or middle-click. The cross section is added to the Model Tree.
