To Search for a Detail Option
You can search for Detail options by specifying a keyword and wildcard characters.
1. Click File > Prepare > Drawing Properties, and click change against Detail Options. The Options dialog box opens.
2. Click Find. The Find Option dialog box opens.
3. Under Type keyword, type a string that exists within the Detail option you want to find. You can use wildcard characters to assist you in your search. For example:
If you type the letter a with no wildcard character, the search returns all of the Detail options that contain the letter a. This is the most convenient way to find all options that contain a certain word.
If you type the letter a and an asterisk a*, the system lists all of the Detail options that begin with the letter a.
If you type an asterisk and the letter *a, the system lists all of the Detail options that end with the letter a.
4. Under Look in, specify the search category of the Detail option.
5. Click Find Now to perform the search.
Under Choose option, the system lists all of the Detail options that contain the specified string (keyword).
6. Select a Detail option under Choose option.
7. To set a value for the selected Detail option, use the Set value box.
8. Click Add/Change to update the Detail option display, and then click Close to close the Find Option dialog box.
9. In the Options dialog box, click Apply to apply your changes. If you do not click Apply, your changes are lost. The system updates the setting for the Detail option.
10. Click Close to close the Options dialog box.
