To Enter Report Parameters into a Repeat Region
If table repeat regions have been defined, you can type report parameter strings into them manually, or assemble them from a hierarchical menu.
To enter text from the keyboard, select the target cell and right-click and click Properties on the shortcut menu. Use the Note Properties dialog box to enter text.
To enter parameter elements from a  hierarchical menu, select the target cell, right-click and click Report Symbol on the short cut menu Use the Report Symbol dialog box to enter parameter elements. The first level appears in abbreviations, such as asm (assembly), dgm (diagram), fam (family table), harn (harness), mdl (model), and rpt (report). The second level appears in abbreviations, such as mbr (member), param (parameter), and body.

In an assembly drawing, a body is listed in the repeat region record only if it is designated with an extension *prt or *asm in the Designate dialog box. To open the Designate dialog box, click Model > Model Intent > Designate.
In a part drawing, a construction body is not listed in the repeat region record. However, in an assembly drawing, a construction body is listed in the repeat region record if it is designated with an extension *prt or *asm in the Designate dialog box in Part mode.
1. Click an element for the first part of the parameter. The menu changes to a selection of parameters valid for that element.
2. Click an element for the next part of the parameter. Whenever an element requires another element, the element name is followed by ellipses (...). When the parameter is complete, it is entered into the table cell.

If you double click a repeat region cell, the Report Symbol dialog box opens automatically.
