To Delete a TIM Associated with a WTPart
1. Check out the Translated Image Model (TIM) to a workspace.
2. Disassociate the TIM from the WTPart.
3. Check in the TIM and clear from the workspace.
4. Delete the TIM from the commonspace.

You can delete all iterations of the TIM if its latest iteration is dissociated from the WTPart. You cannot delete a TIM if it is associated to another object.
