To Add or Remove Entities from the Selection
1. Select entities on a drawing using the Selection dialog box.
2. Under Selected entities, click one of the following:

—Adds entities to the existing selection of entities.
—Adds entities to the existing selection of entities.◦ 
—Removes entities from the existing selection of entities.
—Removes entities from the existing selection of entities.3. Select one of the selection methods under Selection filter to select an entity or entities to add or remove from the already selected entities.
 | The option to remove entities is available only when valid entities are selected. You can select entities to delete only from an already existing selection of entities. |
4. Click Close. The entities that are added to the selection are highlighted in the secondary selected color.
