Example: Modal Simulation
The following example demonstrates how you can use live simulation to study the natural frequencies of a fan turbine.
To simulate a bolted down part, create a fixed constraint for each of the holes as shown below:
When you run live simulation the following are the deformation results for each mode along with the frequency of each mode:
