This message indicates that the design model contains annotations that were created using native Creo annotation tools that cannot be validated. You should click on the Unvalidated Annotations List button in the GD&T Advisor ribbon to see a list of the unvalidated annotations. The list also includes a status condition for each annotation that indicates the reason why it cannot be validated.
