Option
Action
Size
Specifies a paper size: A, B, C, D, E, F, A0, A1, A2, A3, A4, and Custom size.
If you select Custom size, the Paper dialog box opens with the following additional options than those listed in this table:
Height—Specifies a paper height for variable size (default is 8.5 inches).
Width—Specifies a paper width for variable size (default is 11 inches).
Units—Specifies units as inches or millimeters (default is inches).
Include —Enables the label, and the Height option specifies the height of the label (the default height is .125 inches).

* The default paper size corresponds to the size of the Drawing format that you create.
Orientation
Specifies the print orientation: Landscape or Portrait.
X-Offset
Specifies a horizontal printer offset.
Y-Offset
Specifies a vertical printer offset.
Auto Rotate
Orients the drawing sheet on the printer page such that the longest side of the drawing sheet is aligned with the longest side of the page.
Plot list
Select a plot type from the following list:
Full Plot (default)—Creates a plot of an entire object.
Clipped—Creates a clipped plot. Define the boundaries by drawing a box around the area to plot. This area appears on paper in its normal location relative to the lower left corner.
Based on Zoom—Creates a scaled, clipped plot. The scaling and clipping are based on paper size and the zoom setting in the graphics window.
Paper Outline (available in 2D mode only—Creates a plot of a specific area within a drawing on a specified paper size. For example, if you have a large drawing, such as size A0, and you want to plot an A4 area of the drawing, you can use this option.
Plot Area—Creates a plot by shifting the area inside the clip box to the lower left corner of the paper and scaling the clipped area to match the user-specified scale. Zoom and pan screen factors and scale in the model size are also factored into the plot area. Thus, if the scale=1, the geometry is not necessarily printed to scale.

* Clipped and Plot Area are affected when you change the sheet size and the scale factor. Plots are not to scale if you change the sheet size on the Page tabbed page. When either of these have been specified, after you click OK to close the Print dialog box, you are prompted to specify the corners of the area to be plotted. Place the pointer at one corner and drag it to the diagonally opposite corner of the area to be plotted.
Scale
Specifies scale of plotter (default is 1:1). You can specify scale as Normalized ratio or Percentage.

* Imported geometry cannot be scaled.
Segmented
Selects segmented plotting, if applicable.
Format
Selects plotting with formatting, if applicable.
Layers (from Model group overflow)
Plot all visible layers—Prints all visible layers.
Plot layers by name—Prints layers with the specified names.
Quality
Selects interface quality for checking of overlapping lines. The options are:
3 (Complex overlap check) (default).
2 (Simple overlap check)
1 (No overlap check)
0 (No line check)
Click Save Settings from the Settings overflow on the Print Preview dashboard, to save the set printer configuration settings.
