Mapping Creo Text Fonts to AutoCAD Fonts
By default, text fonts export to AutoCAD fonts based only on their font and character coding. You can edit the exported text in AutoCAD.
You can set the dxf_out_stroke_text configuration option to special to stroke special.fnt characters. This configuration option maximizes your ability to edit in AutoCAD while minimizing loss of data in the exported file.
Alternatively, you can set the configuration option to all, to stroke all characters. In this case, text characters in the exported file appear exactly as they are in the Creo application, but you cannot edit the text in AutoCAD.
You can also map Creo text fonts to AutoCAD text fonts when you export a file to the DXF or the DWG format using the Export Environment for DXF or the Export Environment for DWG dialog box.
