Contents of the Log File
A log file, topo_bus.log, with the following information about the Translated Image Models (TIMs) and ATB-enabled features, is created in the working directory when you perform a Check Status.
|
The topo_bus.log file is created only for the manual Check Status operation. The automatic Check Status operations do not produce the topo_bus.log file.

• Part/Assembly—The name of the TIM part or assembly, or the name of the part or assembly containing the ATB-enabled feature.
• Source System—The source system of the reference model, for example, CADDS 5, CATIA V4, or CATIA V5.
• Full Path to Referenced Model—The stored full path to the reference model, including the reference model name.
• Source Sys Rev of Ref Model—The revision value of the source system (has a value only for formats which store internal reversion numbers, such as CADDS 5 and NX). Values are given for the last updated version of the reference model and the current version of the reference model.
• File Date of Referenced Model—If the format does not support internal file dates, the system file date is listed for the value, for example CATIA V4 and V5 R6 files. If the format supports internal file dates, such as ICEM and CDRS files, this internal date is listed for the value. Values are given for the last updated version and the current version of the reference file. If the format does not support internal revision numbers, then these dates are used as the ATB Check Status criteria.
• Number of Surfaces—The number of surfaces in the reference model of the TIM part. Values are only listed for out-of-date TIM parts and not for parts with ATB-enabled features. Values are given for both the last updated version and the current version of the reference model.
• Number of Components—The number of components in the reference model of a TIM assembly. Values are given for both the last updated version and the current version of the reference model.
Use this information to determine the need to update the TIM components or ATB-enabled features.
Each time you click Model > Operations > ATB > Check Status, the numeric extension of the topo_bus.log is incremented by one, allowing you to keep a status record of the TIM components or ATB-enabled features.
