The file param_relations.txt is located in the folder FOLDER_FOR_FASTENER_DATA in the directory which you specify with the Creo Intelligent Fastener configuration option PATH_ABS_LIBRARY. You can use different relation files for different catalogs and fastener types by moving them to subdirectories.

The text in the relation file is added as a relation to new fastener parts.
