To Insert a Row
1. Click any cell or row within the table.
2. In the Format tab, in the Rows & Columns group, click 
Insert.
Insert.3. Select one of the options:

Insert Above—Inserts a new row above the current row or cell.

Insert Below—Inserts a new row below the current row or cell.
