To Create an Assembly
1. Click > 
New, or click .

Assembly from the Type list.
Assembly from the Type list.3. Select Design from the Sub-type list, click Design.
4. Accept the default name or type a new name in the File name box.
5. Type a Common name if required.
6. To use a different template, clear the Use default template checkbox. The New File Options dialog box opens. Choose a template or browse to a template file.
7. Click OK.
