To Create an Arc Using Center and Ends
Create an arc by selecting the center of a circle and 2 endpoints.

1. Click the arrow next to Arc, and then click .

3. Move the pointer to the desired radius and click to place the first endpoint.
4. Move the pointer and click to select the second endpoint.
