To Word Wrap the Table Text
Adjust long text into multiple lines within a cell in a way that ensures all the content is visible. To wrap text, use one of the following methods:
From the Format tab
a. Select the table cell containing the text.
b. On the Format tab, in the Format group, click Wrap Text.
From the Height and Width dialog box
a. Select the table cell containing the text.
b. On the Format tab, in the overflow menu of Height & Width, click Height and Width. The Height and Width dialog box opens. Select the Wrap Text check box. The setting is applied to either the entire column or the entire row, depending on the selected cell(s).
From the shortcut menu
a. Select the table cell containing the text.
b. Right-click and select Wrap Text from the shortcut menu.
