To Create Table Using the Table From File Command
1. Open a model.
2. On the Annotate tab, in the Table group, click 
Table From File.
Table From File.3. Select the name of the saved .tbl, .csv, or an .xlsx file in the file browser. The file browser refers to files stored in the directory specified by the value of pro_table_dir configuration option. If the value is not set for the pro_table_dir configuration option, then the tables are loaded from the working directory or workspace.
4. The selected table appears with a pointer attached to the table rotation origin. Place the table at the desired location in graphics window.
5. Click outside the table to exit the selection mode.
