Using Queries to Search for Features and Components with Missing References
Using the queries, you can search for the features and components that have missing references.
Before you use queries, click and select the Simple Search check box to display the search box on the Model Tree.
To search for missing references:
1. Click the drop-down arrow next to the search box.
2. Under Queries by state > Missing References, select one of the available commands.
The following table describes the available command and the related query.
Command

Features with Missing References
Searches for features with local missing references and features with external missing references.
Features with Missing Local References
Searches for features with local missing references.
Features with Missing External References
Searches for features with external missing references.
Components with Missing Placement References
Searches for components with missing placement references.
The search results are displayed on the Model Tree based on the filter and the search options.

When multiple queries are added, the results are based on the last added query. For example, if you add two queries: Features with Missing References and Features with Missing External References, the result will only show features with missing external references.
