About Reported Model Units Parameters
The Reported model units are a set of parameters that denote the units of the model. These parameters are of the type String, and their values are updated as per the current units system set for the model.

• When the Model Units parameters are designated in the Parameter dialog box, the parameters values are reflected in the model information in the PDM system such as Windchill. Availability of this information is helpful to understand the system of units when opening the model in other applications like Creo View.
• The model units parameter are used to report the model units in drawings.
