To Move an Image
1. Click > 
Images. The Images tab opens.

3. To move the image, use any of the following techniques:
◦ Offsetting from a plane
▪ To move the image normal to the plane on which it lies, click 
Normal Move, and drag the image using the handle that appears. Click Normal Move again to end normal movement.

Reset to Plane.

▪ Click the image, hold down your left mouse button, and drag to move the image on the plane on which it lies.
▪ Hold down the SHIFT key and drag to snap the moving image to geometry or datum entities.
▪ Hold down the ALT + SHIFT keys and drag to snap the origin handle to geometry or datum entities.
