To Manually Collect Items Through Rule-Based Saved Queries
1. Click Details adjacent to the collector that contains the query that you want to use. All the queries in the collector are displayed in the corresponding dialog box.
2. Right-click the query in the dialog box and click Edit. The Rule Editor:1 dialog box opens.
3. You must remove the rule associated with the saved query to manually collect items. To do this, click > to clear the Save Query To Feature.
4. Click Yes when prompted for confirmation that the saved query will no longer saved with the feature. The results of the query are listed under items found.
5. Select the items you want to save in the feature.
6. Use
to select and transfer the selected items from
items found to
items selected.
7. Click Close in the Rule Editor:1 dialog box.
