File History. A report displays modification information in the Creo Parametric browser. This information is also available in a file displayed in the message area. Each audit trail displays:

• Change Description—Changes associated with the object during the creation of the model.
• Detailed Info—Any extra but important information in addition to the change description.
• Comment—Comments associated with the object during submission, approval, rejection, and so on.
• User—The owner of the object in its product database.
• Time/Date—The date and time of the most recent modification to the object in the format mm/dd/yy hh:mm:ss.

If required, sort the report in ascending or descending order based on the contents of a column by clicking its column header. Clicking the column header again reverses the sort order.
