Tessellation Settings
Tessellate with steps
Exports the facet geometry of models and tessellates models using the maximum step size value to create a uniform mesh.
Tessellate part components with proportional chord heights
Applies the maximum value of chord height that is proportional to the size of each component and tessellates the part components with this chord height value.
Tessellate part components with proportional step sizes
Is available when Tessellate with steps is selected.
Applies the maximum value of step size that is proportional to the size of components and tessellates the part components with this step size value.
3MF Extensions
Use the 3MF Lattice extension
Is selected by default.
The export includes lattice definitions such as the beam lattices and the simplified representations of lattices.
Use the 3MF Material extension
Is selected by default.
The export includes the colors of parts and faces. Assembly color overrides are not supported.

Penetration
The penetration value units are the same as the units of the exported part.
Defines the penetration depth for all lattice geometry that is adjacent to a solid wall.
Cap beams with half sphere
For beams lattice, caps all beams that are adjacent to a solid wall with a half sphere that penetrates into the wall. This defines the penetration instead of defining a penetration value.
Merge lattice and shell
Is available when the lattice and the solid walls are in the same body.
Merges formula-driven lattice with the solid walls. When this check box is selected, and the conditions apply, then the penetration options are ignored. When the conditions do not apply, the penetration value is used instead.
Blending Intensity slider
The blending intensity varies from none through the highest intensity of half of the lattice wall thickness value.
Specifies the blending intensity between the solid walls and the formula-driven lattice.
