Export Model to Ansys Mechanical Format
You can export a Creo Ansys Simulation model with applied simulation data to the Ansys Mechanical software application. To export a model, do the following:
1. Assign materials, loads, constraints, and other simulation objects to your model.
2. Click > > 
Export to ANSYS Mechanical Format to open the Export to ANSYS Mechanical format dialog box.
Export to ANSYS Mechanical Format to open the Export to ANSYS Mechanical format dialog box.3. Specify a different name for the file or retain the name of the Creo Ansys Simulation model.
4. Click Export. The file is saved with the extension .casdat which can be read and opened in the Ansys Mechanical software application.
