Probe INSIDE CORNER
This command provides a method of locating the inside corner intersection of two perpendicular planes each of which are also perpendicular to the XY plane.
The reference point specifies the location of this corner intersection. Four target points are then probed based on the values of the parameters in the command above. All probing motions take place in a plane parallel to the XY plane passing through the target point. The first target point is offset from the reference point in the x direction by the value of the XDIST parameter. The second target point is located on the same face a distance of DIST away from the first target point. The next set of target points are located on the other face. The first of these is YDIST from the reference point. The final target point is located the value DIST from the previous target point. Orientation of the two faces is governed by the value of the ATANGL parameter. For ATANGL of zero, XDIST is measured along the X axis. The approach distance to the target points is controlled by the TO qualifier of the seek range specification.
The PROBE/RANGE command must be programmed prior to using this command.

Parameter Description
XDIST, a
Specifies a signed distance along the part reference X axis from the reference point to the first of two target points on one face of the corner.
YDIST, a
Specifies a signed distance along the part reference Y axis from the reference point to the first of two target points on the other face of the corner.
ATANGL, b
Specifies the orientation in degrees of the corner. A value of zero indicates the XDIST will be measured along the X axis.
DIST, c
The separation from the first target point on each face to the second target point on that face.
CLEAR, d
An optional couplet. It is used to indicate the height above the Z value of the target point to change from rapid to feed rate. If not programmed, a height of zero is used.
PERMIN, e
IPM
MMPM
Indicates the feed units and velocity to be used during the probing motions. This couplet is optional. If not programmed, the most recent feed velocity is to be used.
OSETNO, f
ADJUST
These parameters are used to indicate how to use the results of the probing operation on the machine. They do not affect the subsequent motion.
