Specifies language options for storing files.
When you save a file after working in an application, the file is stamped with the language of the current session. If you then open the file in another session running in a different language, and you try to save the file, lang_propagate determines which language stamp to use when you save the file.

always—Stamps the file with the language of the current session, even if the language of the current session is English.
no—Stamps the file with the original language in which it was saved.

set_menu_width
