To Preview and Edit Table Results
Define the content of the tables and your output files in the Create/Update tables dialog box.
From the All holes tab, you find all holes and UDFs. You can sort by columns and easily select or deselect the holes.
For each table which should be created on the drawing, an additional tab with a preview of the table is inserted. If CREATE_TABLE_PER_TYPE or CREATE_TABLE_PER_DIAMETER is set to YES then an extra tab is added for each type or for each diameter or for both.
Status Symbols
The symbol in the first column indicates the status of the hole. To change the display status of the hole, click the symbol. Symbols are described in the list below:
All holes
—The hole is displayed in the table.
—The hole is not displayed in the table.
—Hole with warnings. Can be displayed in the table.
—Hole with warnings. Displayed in the table.
—The hole contains errors. See the message in the status window. This hole appears only if it the Show holes with warnings check box is selected. This hole cannot be displayed in the table.
—The hole was previously printed to a different view or table.
—The hole is marked with the BUW_NOCHART parameter and will be ignored in the future. Ignored holes appear only if the Show ignored holes check box is selected
—The hole remains in the table.
—A hole with errors remains in the table. See the message in the status window.
—The hole is removed from the table.
—A hole with errors is removed from table. See the message in the status window.
Table preview symbols
—No changes or warnings found.
—Erroneous hole. See the warning message in the status window.
—New hole.
—The hole will be deleted.
—The hole does not exist.
Shortcut Menus
Right–click lines and bores to open a shortcut menu with the commands described below:
Switch direction—The direction of thru holes is toggled.
Create Axis—An axis is created in the center of the hole. All information form the table are written to parameters to this axis.
Create Point—A point is created at the origin of the hole. All information form the table are written to parameters to this point.
Create Point and Axis—A point and an axis is created.
Check Boxes
Select or clear the Show in table check box, to display or to not display holes.
Select or clear the Permanently ignore check box, to ignore holes or to reset the status so that you can see holes.
Select or clear the Show ignored holes check box is selected to display or to not display ignored holes.
Select or clear the Show holes with warnings check box to display or not to display, holes with errors and warnings.

Holes with errors cannot be displayed in the table.

Click OK to close the dialog box. The defined tables are created on the drawing and the files are created.
Click Cancel to close the dialog box. No changes are made.
Click Next to make the changes for this view and then go to the next view.
