About Setting Override Value of a Dimension
You can also set an override value for driven dimensions. The override value can only be a real number. The default is zero.
You can select Override Value check box in the Value group of the Dimension ribbon tab to display the override value of the dimension. If tolerances are displayed, the tolerance values appear next to the override value.
You can choose to display the override value rounded to a desired number of decimal places or to display it with all its digits by checking or un-checking the Round Dimension check box in the Dimension ribbon tab respectively.
To display the override value with the tolerance mode set to the limits format, you must set the upper and lower tolerance values in a different mode; and later change the tolerance type back to the limits format.

You cannot set the dimension display to Tolerance Value Only if you set the tolerance mode to the limits format.
