To Replace a Component Using a Notebook
1. In an open assembly, select one or more components to be replaced, right-click, and select

Replace. The Replace dialog box opens.

, select the replacement model, and click OK. You can only select a component that was declared to the same notebook as the original component and has placement references declared. The name of the selected component appears in the New Component box.

4. Click Apply. The name of the replacement model appears in the Replace column in the Model Tree next to the name of the component being replaced.
5. Click OK.
