To Clip a Zone
1. Retrieve an assembly.
2. Use one of the following procedures:
◦ Click > > 
Zone.
Zone.◦ Use the View Manager.
a. Click 
. The View Manager dialog box opens.
. The View Manager dialog box opens.b. Click > > .
c. Accept the default zone name or enter a new one and press ENTER.
The Xsec dialog box opens.
3. Create a zone in your model using the 
Half-Space (datum plane) reference type.

4. Open the View Manager dialog box.
5. On the Sections tab, right-click the name of the zone to clip and click Activate from the shortcut menu. The model is clipped.
