Enhanced Troubleshooting for Real-Time Collaboration

Description
You can now clear the cache for Real-Time Collaboration using the PTC Control Center Troubleshooter. For this, you need to log in to the Control Center. This is useful if you run into issues within a collaboration session and need to clear any cache related to Real-Time Collaboration.
Additionally, all log files related to Real-Time Collaboration are now included when you zip log files to be sent to Technical Support. Previously, they needed to be collected manually to diagnose any issues with Real-Time Collaboration.
