Offset Surface: Rolling Ball Enhanced Patching Geometry

Description
The Rolling Ball option in Offset Surface has been enhanced to create patching geometry that looks more natural.
Previously the patching round sometimes included end surfaces that extended out of the resulting offset area, and manual removal of those surfaces was required. The system now removes these “tail” surfaces where possible to provide a more expected result.
