If you do not already have your PTC Mathcad Express-Free Engineering Math Software, click here to download it. Ensure you have installed the Engineering Notebook application and have a valid feature license for it.

Click here to access the downloads page. Click English to download the Exercise_6.zip folder to your computer and then extract it. The extracted folder contains the files that you will use in the tutorial exercises.

This tutorial demonstrates the interoperability between Creo+ and Engineering Notebook using the Input/Output tagging in Engineering Notebook and the Relations table in Creo+. When PTC Mathcad parameters are related to Creo parameters in the relations table, the only way to update the related Creo+ geometry is to open the PTC Mathcad worksheet and push newly calculated values back to Creo+. You must manually push parameters back and forth in order to change the related Creo+ geometry. Relations that do not contain PTC Mathcad parameters update automatically on regeneration.
