Configuration Options for Style
About Configuration Options
You can preset environment options and other global settings by changing the configuration options for a profile.
To set configuration options, click File > Options to open a dialog box, and then click Configuration Editor.
The configuration options for this module are listed in alphabetical order. Each option contains the following information:
Configuration option name.
Default and available variables or values. The default value is followed by an asterisk (*).
Brief description.
Set the options you require before you start working. See the related topic “To Set Configuration Options” for detailed information on using the Configuration Editor to change, add, or search for configuration options.
advanced_style_surface_edit

Controls the display of styled items after exiting the Style tool.
style_auto_regen_curves

Sets the number of lines to display for the active plane grid.

Merges surfaces on exit from the Style feature. This preference is stored within the feature, so each Style feature can have a different setting.
style_surface_mesh_display

off when shaded—Surface mesh is not visible when the Shading display mode is selected.
off—Surface mesh is never displayed.
on—Surface mesh is always displayed.
style_surface_mesh_quality

Sets the quality of the surface mesh. Value range is from 0.1 through 10.
