About the Stock Boundary User Interface
The Stock Boundary user interface consists of the feature icon, feature tab, tabs, and shortcut menus.

Stock Boundary is represented by

Feature Tab
The feature tab contains the following buttons for defining the stock boundary:
Envelope on WP—Creates a stock boundary from a workpiece.
Sketched envelope—Sketches the stock boundary.
You can also use

to sketch the stock boundary.
Tabs
• Placement—Contains the following options that define the reference coordinate system and reference entities:
◦ Coordinate system—Specifies the reference coordinate system for the stock boundary.
◦ Workpiece—Specifies the workpiece for the stock boundary.
| You can select only a single body workpiece model. |
• Properties—Enter a user-defined name for the feature. Stock Boundaries are generally created with a default name, such as STOCK_ENVELOPE_1, STOCK_ENVELOPE_2, and so on. You can change the default name by typing the new name in the Name field.

Shortcut Menus
When you select the stock boundary in the graphics window and right-click, a shortcut menu appears with the following option:
Clear—Removes the selected reference coordinate system. Alternatively, right-click the Placement Csys collector on the Placement panel and click Remove from the shortcut menu.
