To Specify Prerequisites for a Step
Specifying prerequisites for a step means selecting the step or steps that must be performed before the current step. Step prerequisites are specified for information purposes only. After setting the prerequisites for a step, if you move a step within the process table in such a way that the set prerequisites no longer hold true, then a warning symbol (
) appears in the Prerequisite section of the Process tab. Use the View Builder to add the Prerequisite Status field column to the process table.
