About Display of Shaded Edge
You can control the edge color compared to the surfaces to which they belong when shading objects using Shaded Edge in the Creo+ Options dialog box ( > > > > ).
The transparency setting in the Appearances Manager influences the brightness of the edge color as follows:
• If the color of the component does not contain transparency, then Creo displays color as defined by Shaded Edge.
• If the color of the component contains transparency, but not 100% transparency , then Creo displays the color as defined by Shaded Edge dimmed by 50%.
• If the component is 100% transparent, then Creo does not display any edges in the Shaded Edge mode.
