To Export a Model to USD
1. In a model, click > 
Save As > Save a Copy. The Save a Copy dialog box opens.
Save As > Save a Copy. The Save a Copy dialog box opens.2. Select USD (*.usd) in the Type box. The model name without the extension appears in the New file name box.
3. Accept the default name or type a different one.
4. Click OK. A USD file is created.
