About Managing Cache
A registered workspace requires space on your local disk to store objects that you check out, download, or create. This space is called the cache. Creo Layout provides tools to manage and gather information about the cache. You can manage the cache only for a registered server. Cache management includes the following functions:
• View target cache limit, total cache used, and available disk space
• Change the size of the cache to the maximum or minimum value
• Clear all cached objects from a registered server
• Clear all cached objects for a specific workspace
• Clean up the cache automatically
• Synchronize the cache with the server
• Manage cache that includes frames
