To Modify Note Parameters

Select a note and click Format > Note Tools > Options > Designate to designate note parameters. Select the Control Characteristics check box to set the annotation as control characteristics.
1. Right-click a note in the graphics window or on the Model Tree and click Parameters. The Parameters dialog box opens.

The default parameter of the note PTC_NOTE_TEXT appears in the Parameters dialog box.
2. Modify the default parameter or add parameters.
3. Select the Designate check box to designate individual note parameters.
4. Click OK. The Parameters dialog box closes.
