About the Notification Center
The Notification Center in Creo Direct lists notifications for missing models. The Notification Center icon 
on the status bar, displays the number of notifications for the top-level model. When you click the icon, a window listing the number and types of notifications opens. You can resolve issues for these notifications using the Notification Center dialog box.
