Simplification containers report
Creo Elements/Direct Modeling displays the simplification containers report after you execute a simplification operation, if you select the Use Simpl. Containers check box in the Execute dialog box. The report lists the simplification containers that did not participate in the simplification operation due to one of the following reasons:
The container does not have a valid target; the target was moved or deleted.
The container is located under an invalid element type. For example, a container of the occlusion type under a part.
The container contains elements like a workplane or a coordinate system.
The container, of the associate type and having multiple child parts, is located under a part.
The container, of the associate type, that contains assemblies or invalid elements and is located under a part.
The container is empty.
The container has an incorrect target, that is, it references an element other than a part or an assembly.
For each listed container in the report, an appropriate status is displayed. The report also indicates merge operations that result in multiple parts.
