Independent bends can be selected independently as shown in the following figure.
Bends are detected in the folded state by:
• All faces of the bend feature.
• If no bend feature, you get the bend of the selected face and all dependent bends.
or, for the unfolded state,
• All faces of the bend feature.
• Use the unfold feature to retrieve the faces.
• If no bend feature, you get the bend of the selected face and all dependent bends.
The On Line and Single check boxes let you unfold several bends along a bend feature or a single bend along a bend feature. These options are only active if more than one bend can be selected, or the selected bend consists of more than one part. The bend features are handled as follows:
• On Line: All bends unfolded at the same time get one bend feature. Already existing features are removed. If an existing feature has a different bend process, a warning is displayed.
• Single: The feature is copied. In this case, each part of the bend (the selected part and the non-selected part) contains a bend feature.
However, if you want to unfold all bends or select only one part of bend 3, click On Line or Single.
Following these machining operations, you can recreate the bend.
