Change a threaded face

If you change a threaded face, and you have a chamfered end, you can automatically change the minor diameter of a chamfer so it matches the new thread.

To change the diameter of a chamfer,

1. Click Part Library and then, in the Thread group, click the arrow next to

Chamfer.

2. Click

Modify Chamfer.

3. Select the chamfer in the viewport.

4. Click OK

to complete the operation.
