The names of custom process features are automatically generated from the name string in the definition file. Any non-alphanumeric characters in the original string (excluding underscores) are converted to underscore characters. Each time a feature is used to the same part, a numeric suffix is incremented to make the name unique to all owning parcels. For example, you might have red_paint1, red_paint2, and so on if the red_paint feature was applied more than once on the same part.
