Fold/Unfold restrictions
Bend lines in the 2D flat drawing might cross edges, punch feature outlines, or non-perpendicular edges of the bend area. For a method of avoiding this, see the Unfold 2D default settings in the sha_demoshop.lsp file.
When you change the radius or angle of a bend, geometrical modifications in the bend region are affected in the 2D flat drawing when you use the Unfold 2D button in the Post Process group.
If you want to retain the original bend dimensions in the 2D flat drawing of a sheet metal part, use Fold/Unfold in Creo Elements/Direct Modeling for modifications.
When folding or unfolding a sheet metal part using 3D Fold/Unfold, Unfold Parts, and Refold Parts, the maximum bend angle is 360 degrees. However, for all other bend operations, the maximum bend angle is 180 degrees.

For 360–degree bends, the sides must not touch.
