Creo Elements/Direct Part Library can create drilled holes through one or more parts, with or without a sink on either side of the hole.
Drilled holes in the Structure Browser
By default, each drilled hole is a feature, and the feature is added to the part in the Structure Browser. However, you can create hole groups
Unlike screw connections, hole patterns are only created if you set the option. The pattern group is created in the assembly that holds the parts affected by the drilling, and it is named HOLE-PATTERN_ followed by a long number.
